01 General
This website and all materials published by Genesis & Prime Standards LLC (“G&P Standards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the company profile, engagement guides, and recovery estimator, are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or binding commitment of any kind, and may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.
02 Nature of Our Services
G&P Standards is an independent forensic recovery consultancy specializing in vendor contract leakage audits for US mid-market enterprises. We are not a licensed public accounting firm. We do not provide audit, attestation, assurance, tax-preparation, or statutory financial-reporting services, and nothing we publish or deliver should be construed as financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Clients should consult their own qualified professional advisors before acting on any information we provide.
We complement your accountants and auditors; we do not replace them, and we do not perform the regulated services they provide.
03 No Guarantee of Results
Forensic recovery outcomes are inherently variable. The amount of recoverable vendor contract leakage in any organization depends on factors unique to that organization, including the structure and terms of its contracts, the quality and completeness of its data, its internal control environment, and the contractual and legal windows within which recovery may be pursued.
We do not guarantee that any specific amount — or any amount — will be identified or recovered in a given engagement. Any statements regarding potential recovery, return on investment, payback periods, or savings are estimates and benchmarks only, and are not promises or assurances of future results.
04 Illustrative Figures & Models
Financial figures, ranges, recovery percentages, fee structures, timelines, and scenario models appearing in our materials are illustrative and educational. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed engagement letter, such figures are derived by applying published, independent industry benchmarks to hypothetical or representative profiles.
They do not describe the actual results of any specific client, do not represent results any client has achieved or will achieve, and should not be relied upon as a prediction of your outcome. All figures are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the client.
05 Benchmark Sources & Non-Affiliation
Where we cite industry benchmarks, those figures are attributed to their respective owners, which may include the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC), World Commerce & Contracting, The Hackett Group, Forrester Research, Inc., and similar independent organizations. Such benchmarks describe the field generally and are not representations about G&P Standards or any specific client engagement.
Any third-party study referenced was conducted by, and is the property of, its respective publisher, and may have been commissioned by parties other than G&P Standards. G&P Standards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any of these organizations, and references to them are made solely for informational and benchmarking purposes under principles of fair comment.
06 Technology & Artificial Intelligence
Our proprietary methodology and workflow, which we refer to as AURUM, is built on and operates using licensed, US-based enterprise artificial-intelligence models, including models provided by Anthropic and other commercial providers, under their applicable commercial terms. References such as “built on Anthropic” describe our use of licensed commercial AI technology and do not imply any partnership, joint venture, endorsement, or sponsorship by those providers.
AI-assisted analysis is subject to inherent limitations. Every material finding produced through our methodology is subject to senior human review before delivery; however, no analytical process — human or automated — can guarantee the detection of every error or the absence of mistakes. Findings are provided for the client’s independent evaluation and verification.
07 Security Statements
Descriptions of our security practices — including encryption standards, data-handling protocols, and references to control frameworks — describe the controls and standards toward which we operate. Where a framework is described as “aligned” (for example, “SOC 2-aligned controls” or “GDPR-aligned”), this indicates adherence to the principles of that framework and does not, by itself, represent a completed third-party certification or formal attestation unless such certification is separately and expressly documented. The definitive and binding data-handling, confidentiality, and security terms applicable to any engagement are those set out in the executed Master Services Agreement and related documents.
08 Recovery Estimator
Our online recovery estimator is an interactive educational tool. It generates approximate, benchmark-derived figures based solely on the inputs you provide and does not analyze your actual data. Its outputs are rough estimates, not appraisals, audits, or guarantees, and will differ — potentially materially — from the results of an actual forensic engagement. The estimator does not store the values you enter for any purpose beyond your active session.
09 Engagement Terms Prevail
No engagement, fee, scope, deliverable, recovery-share percentage, guarantee, or other commitment is binding unless and until set out in a written engagement letter and Master Services Agreement executed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between information published in our marketing or informational materials and the terms of a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement governs. We do not commence substantive work or accept client data prior to execution of the applicable agreements.
10 Forward-Looking Statements
Certain statements in our materials are forward-looking and reflect current expectations regarding future events and capabilities. Such statements involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties, and actual outcomes may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.
